Breckenridge took to Instagram to share her exhaustion but also her excitement, joking that she felt like she was on “day 857 of filming Season 7” and that they’re “almost done!” She also playfully speculated whether the show would be released this year, leaving fans eager for official confirmation.

Beyond the wrap-up news, the upcoming Season 7 is set to introduce two new characters who are sure to stir up drama in the picturesque town:

• Victoria (played by Sara Canning, known from “The Vampire Diaries”): Victoria is a former police officer who was injured on duty and now works for the state medical board. Her character is expected to directly impact Doc’s suspended medical license from the end of last season, setting the stage for significant tension.
