General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, June 18: Decision time
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Willow faces a major decision. Of course, the weekly told us what the decision is. Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) wants to marry her. Willow might actually hesitate, because he tells her, “At least this gives us a fighting chance, if you say yes.” Right. Because going all in on marriage will totally make all the problems with Michael and others go away. Maybe Willow isn’t the only deluded one here, because that scene with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) the other day definitely makes it seem like Drew’s bought into the lies and manipulations he used on Willow.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, June 18: Frank talk
Elsewhere, Michael and Sasha have a frank discussion. Things seemed nice and peaceful when they were sitting with the baby last time. However, it looks like it gets tense quickly and we wonder if that’s because of running into Drew and company on the way out. Michael apparently doesn’t want to be cut out of the baby’s life, and we’re kind of on his side. We get Sasha wanting to raise the child on her own, but the secret is out now. She can still have her independence and make the decisions while also including Michael in other ways. After all, she’s going to keep living at the Quartermaine mansion and that is full of people who would interfere. If she and Michael are on the same page and are both involved on some level, that will make it more likely Michael can get the rest of the family to back off when they get too pushy.
General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, June 18: The end?
Finally, General Hospital spoilers indicate Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) rebuffs Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Sounds like this is about more than the blackmail complications. He tells Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) it might be too late for Portia and him, so it looks like he’s less worried about repeating the mistake he thinks he made with Jordan and might end things for good. We assume this editorial he’s being forced to publish might have been the kicker for him. We’ll see.
As for others involved in this mess, Trina apparently decided to get involved after what Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) said after all. There’s a scene with her and Portia where she says, “I hate that man so much!” We’ll see if Portia is forced to explain everything about the blackmail or not.
