In addition to Willow facing a major decision, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, will also focus on Michael and Sasha having a frank talk. Meanwhile, Curtis rebuffs Portia.

Drew (Cameron Mathison) has been working on his next move in his quest to be Willow’s savior. If, once again, you take a look at the GH Weekly Video Preview, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) looks positively destroyed. Her mind couldn’t compute the fact that the judge would award Michael (Rory Gibson) custody of the kids. And now she’s worse for wear.
Leave it up to Drew to think of the worst possible scenario for everyone but him. In this week’s preview, he suggests that he and Willow should get married. This suddenly means Willow faces a major decision. Does she marry the man and risk further isolation? Or does she reject him and have the best chance of seeing her kids on a regular basis again?
Meanwhile, Michael and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) have a frank talk. Michael has made no bones about wanting to be part of Daisy’s life. It’s Sasha who has continually poo-pooed that idea. While she may still be wary, she could come around and see the value of co-parenting their daughter. Is that what happens here?

Elsewhere in Port Charles
After Curtis (Donnell Turner) makes an offer to Michael, he must reflect on his marriage. Unfortunately for Portia, this doesn’t mean anything good. Curtis rebuffs Portia, undoubtedly because he’s sick of her lies. There was that big one about not revealing that Trina (Tabyana Ali) was his daughter. Back then, he rolled with the punches and learned from the way he behaved when he was married to Jordan (Tanisha Harper).

He just sliced Jordan out of his life for her lies. It’s a wonder that she still talks to him. Presently, Curtis feels he has given Portia a second chance. Something tells us that he may not be as willing to give her a third. Is this rebuff temporary?
As for Trina and Kai (Jens Astrup Austin), look for them to get big news. It could be about Kai’s post-surgery status, meaning whether he will truly be able to play football again. Or it could be about Trina’s parents. Kai overheard a concerning conversation involving them and told his girlfriend as much. Maybe they end up learning more about what’s going on between Curtis and Portia.
Finally, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) makes a revelation. Who or what does this revelation involve?
